Booking & Appointments

 

Q: Do I need to book in advance?

We always recommend booking ahead to secure your preferred time and technician. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability.

 

Q: How can I book an appointment?

You can book online via our website or call us directly. For same-day availability, a quick call is best.

 

Q: What happens if I’m running late?

We recommend arriving at least 5 minutes early. If you’re more than 10 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment to avoid impacting other clients.

 

Q: What’s your cancellation policy?

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.

 

Services & Treatments

Q: What’s the difference between a regular pedicure and your spa pedicure?

Our Deluxe Spa Pedicure goes beyond the basics — it includes a steamed soak, exfoliation, massage, nourishing mask, and polish using non-toxic products. It’s a full self-care experience.

 

Q: Do you offer builder gel or acrylic extensions?

Yes! We specialise in both — from elegant builder gel overlays to long-lasting acrylic extensions tailored to your nail health and style.

 

Q: What’s the difference between gel, shellac, and acrylic nails?

Gel nails are flexible and glossy, cured under a UV/LED light. Shellac is a brand of hybrid gel-polish that’s gentler on nails. Acrylics are more durable and used to extend nail length.

 

Q: What is builder gel (BIAB)?

Builder gel is a thicker gel that adds strength and structure to your natural nails — ideal if you’re prone to breakage or want to grow your nails out.

 

Q: Do you offer nail art or 3D designs?

Yes, we specialise in hand-painted, 3D, and custom nail art. Please request this when booking to allow extra time.

 

Q: How long do treatments take?

Most manicures take 30–45 minutes. Pedicures take 45–60 minutes. Complex nail art or extensions may require longer.

 

Q: Are your products safe for sensitive skin or pregnancy?

Yes. We use 21-free (beyond HEMA-free), vegan, cruelty-free products that are free of common irritants. Let us know if you’re pregnant or have allergies — we’ll ensure your treatment is tailored safely.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

Payment methods may vary and will be confirmed at time of booking or in salon.

 

Q: Do you accept tips?

Yes — tips are always appreciated and go directly to your technician.

Salon Etiquette

 

Q: Can I bring my child or a guest?

Yes — we understand that self-care can be a shared experience. You’re welcome to bring a guest or child, provided they are well-behaved and do not disrupt the relaxing environment for others. Kindly let us know in advance if you plan to bring someone along.

 

Q: Can I bring my pet?

We allow small, well-behaved pets as long as they are not disruptive and remain under your control at all times. Certified service animals are always welcome. Please inform us ahead of your appointment so we can accommodate appropriately.

 

Q: Do you offer group bookings or private events?

Yes! Whether it’s a bridal party, birthday, or self-care day with friends, we can tailor packages for your group. Just get in touch in advance.

 

Aftercare & Support

 

Q: What if my polish chips or I’m not satisfied?

Let us know before leaving the salon so we can make things right. For other concerns, reach out within 3 days and we’ll be happy to assist.

 

Q: How can I make my manicure or pedicure last longer?

Avoid excessive water exposure for the first few hours. Use gloves when cleaning, apply cuticle oil daily, and moisturise hands/feet regularly for best results.

 

Q: Do you offer aftercare advice?

Yes — our technicians are happy to share tips tailored to your treatment. Just ask during your appointment!
