Welcome to Natural Nails. By booking an appointment or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These are designed to ensure clarity, protect your rights, and maintain the highest standards of service and care.
1. Appointments & Cancellations
• We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time.
• Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
• Missed appointments without notice may result in a charge of up to 100% of the treatment cost.
2. Arrival & Late Policy
• Please arrive 5 minutes early to ensure a relaxed start.
• If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment to avoid impacting other clients.
3. Payments & Pricing
• Available payment methods will be confirmed at the time of booking or in salon.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Tips are always appreciated and go directly to your technician.
4. Refunds & Satisfaction
• Please inform us immediately before leaving the salon if you’re unsatisfied with your service, so we have the opportunity to address any concerns on the spot.
• Your satisfaction matters. If you're not happy with any aspect of your service, please let us know within 3 days and we’ll do our best to make it right.
• Due to the nature of our treatments, we do not offer refunds for completed services.
5. Gift Cards & Promotions
• Gift cards are non-refundable and must be presented at time of service.
• Promotional offers cannot be combined unless stated otherwise and may be time-limited.
6. Health & Safety
• We reserve the right to refuse service if a client appears unwell or if treatment may pose a health risk.
• Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to treatment.
7. Photography & Nail Art
• By receiving services at Natural Nails, you agree that photos of your nails may be taken and used for promotional purposes on our website or social media.
• If you prefer not to be photographed, please let your technician know at the time of service.
8. Personal Belongings
• While we take care to provide a safe environment, we are not responsible for loss or damage to personal items.
9. CCTV & Security
• For your safety and ours, security cameras operate throughout public areas of the salon. These are for crime prevention and training purposes only.
10. Changes to Terms
• Natural Nails may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any revised terms.
